WTN-01C: Redundant Manual Getter Function

Description:

The _decimals variable contains a same-name prefix-omitted getter function.

Recommendation:

We advise the variable to be renamed omitting the underscore (_) prefix and to be set as public thus ensuring the compiler generates a getter automatically.

Alleviation:

The Limechain team has stated that they prefer to retain the current solution in place.
