PDEX ERC Token Security Audit

We were tasked with auditing the codebase of the PDEX ERC20 token of Polkadex.

The PDEX token is a typical ERC20-compliant contract that is coded from scratch and possesses a unique vesting mechanism whereby token amounts are released in bulk once their vesting period's end has passed.

No vulnerabilities were identified in the implementation, however, we noted several optimizations as well as a better security practice that we advise be applied to the codebase to achieve a higher security standard.

During the audit, we filtered and validated a total of 3 findings utilizing static analysis tools as well as identified a total of 3 findings during the manual review of the codebase. We strongly recommend that any minor severity or higher findings are dealt with promptly prior to the project's launch as they introduce potential misbehaviours of the system as well as exploits.
